Just Asking

If the war on terror is really a "struggle for civilization" itself, as President Bush claimed in his political…err… 9/11 commemorative speech on Monday evening, why do we have just 130,000 troops in Iraq? You would think that if America were really engaged in such an epic battle we would put up a bigger fight.
