From Sen. Webb's webpage: Along with 29 co-signers, Senator Jim Webb of Virginia sent a letter to the White House today warning the President not to take offensive military action against Iran without the express consent of Congress. He’s leading on this and I’m thrilled. Biden and Obama finally jump in and respond on this. I really don’t see this as a rift. The more people that start talking about this the better. Obama is now coming out with his own legislation. I don’t care what any campaign says about “political motives” as long as they all line up against an attack on Iran—then I’m behind it.
