BushLSB: No wonder the budget is such a mess – Shrub thinks the fiscal year ends in February. (Newsflash: The fiscal year ends September 30th.) And I didn’t realize that, in addition to re-writing the Constitution, that Shrub had changed the calendar to include 30 (or more?) days in February.
