Dell PC Customer Service Sucks!

Offline since Friday, and probably will be offline a few more days. Dell Customer Service sucks. Everyone has been frustratingly polite, but this has not been very efficient process. Dell Customer Service has certainly lost me for a future customer!

At any rate, I hope to be back online and blogging within a few days. (Posted this quick update from the library!)
